3Jurisdictional Restrictions
n8880 is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. n8880 makes no representation that the platform or any of its content is appropriate or available for use outside Bangladesh. Users who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk.
2. Account Registration and Security

This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. n8880 reserves the right to verify this information at any time using KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Providing false or misleading registration details is a material breach of these T&C and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
5Account Security and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. n8880 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify n8880 support immediately.
6Account Closure
You may close your n8880 account at any time by contacting customer support via the email address in the footer. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your original deposit method, subject to identity verification and provided no pending bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled. n8880 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion if these T&C are violated.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

7Accepted Deposit Methods
n8880 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and local Bangladesh bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
8Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account that is registered in the same name as the n8880 account. Before processing any withdrawal, n8880 may request identity verification documents in accordance with its KYC policy. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount which may vary by payment method. Users must have fulfilled any applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal request will be processed.
9Currency and Exchange
All transactions on n8880 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). n8880 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. Any currency conversion required when using international payment methods (such as Visa or Mastercard issued by a non-Bangladeshi bank) is the sole responsibility of the user, and n8880 is not liable for any conversion fees or exchange rate differences.

10Wagering Requirements
All bonuses credited to an n8880 account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time frame will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
11One Bonus Per Promotion
Each promotion offered by n8880 is available to each eligible user once only, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Claiming the same promotion multiple times — whether through multiple accounts, use of different payment methods, or any other method — constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited. n8880 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings obtained through bonus abuse.
12Bonus Expiry
All bonuses and free spins carry an expiry period which begins from the date and time the bonus is credited to the user's account. The specific expiry period is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be automatically removed from the user's account without compensation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Any attempt to defraud n8880 or other users, including but not limited to chip dumping, account takeover, use of stolen payment instruments, manipulation of game outcomes, or collusion with other players to exploit game mechanics, is strictly prohibited. n8880 employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers to identify and prevent fraudulent activity. Accounts found to have engaged in fraud will be permanently banned and funds held pending investigation.
16Use of Automated Systems
The use of bots, automated betting software, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to access or interact with the n8880 platform is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be using automated tools will be suspended immediately and any associated winnings will be void. This restriction applies to all game types including slots, live casino, crash games, and sports betting.
17Money Laundering
n8880 maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. The platform must not be used for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. n8880 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and to freeze any account suspected of involvement in money laundering activity pending investigation. 7. Intellectual Property
Ownership of content, software, and trademarks on the n8880 platform
All content on the n8880 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of n8880 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the n8880 platform without prior written consent from n8880.
8. Limitation of Liability

18Platform Availability
n8880 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party service provider failures. n8880 shall not be liable for any losses, missed bets, or inconvenience arising from temporary unavailability of the platform.
19No Guarantee of Winnings
Gambling involves risk. n8880 does not guarantee that you will win any amount by using the platform. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems and are entirely unpredictable. n8880 is not liable for gambling losses incurred by users. You should only ever gamble with funds you can afford to lose, and you should not use gambling as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.
9. Amendments to These Terms
How and when n8880 may update these Terms and Conditions
n8880 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, n8880 will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification. However, it remains the user's responsibility to review the current T&C periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects when the T&C were most recently updated.
Your continued use of the n8880 platform following any amendment to these T&C constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and may close your account by contacting support.
